  Release of ICONE27 Collection of Final Papers and Extended Abstracts  

The ICONE27 Collection of Final Papers and Extended Abstracts is planned to be released at the conference website on May 12, 2019 (JST) (one week prior to the conference date). Please bear in mind this date particularly if you are planning to apply for a patent.

  Release of ICONE27 Proceedings  

The ICONE27 Proceedings is planned to be released after the conference. The ICONE27 Proceedings only includes the Final Papers in the category of Technical Publication. If the paper is not presented by the author during the conference, it will not be included in the ICONE27 Proceedings.

  Invitation letter for visa application  

As for the invitation letter for visa application,
please visit the ICONE27 Registration and Accommodation Site,
complete your registration and pay your registration fee. Then, the invitation letter will be sent to you soon.

  ICONE27 e-mail is not delivered to some authors!  

It was found that e-mail from ICOEN27 is not delivered to some authors. To solve this problem, the ICONE27 technical program committee will send an e-mail to all the authors at 12:00 on December 20, 2018 (JST: Japan Standard Time).

If you do not receive this e-mail, please follow the following instructions.

(1) If your e-mail address is free e-mail address, please change your e-mail address. The e-mail address provided from your organization is recommended.

AND/OR

(2) Please ask your mail server manager not to reject the e-mails from icone27.org.

By "Password Mail Request" function on login page, you can check if you can receive the e-mail from ICONE27.

About ICONE

The International Conference on Nuclear Engineering (ICONE) is the premier global conference held by the contribution of numerous professionals from companies, governments, academias and technical societies. The focus of ICONE is on the technical state-of-the-art and the current status of nuclear power around the world. Through the ICONE student program, the conference also fosters the development of future nuclear professionals.

The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Chinese Nuclear Society (CNS) are jointly organizing the 27th International Conference on Nuclear Engineering (ICONE27) in 2019 at Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan, a follow-up to the successful meetings held in Tokyo (1991), San Francisco (1993), Kyoto (1995), New Orleans (1996), Nice (1997), San Diego (1998), Tokyo (1999), Baltimore (2000), Nice (2001), Washington (2002), Tokyo (2003), Washington (2004), Beijing (2005), Miami (2006), Nagoya (2007), Orlando (2008), Brussels (2009), Xi'an (2010), Osaka (2011), Anaheim (2012), Chengdu (2013), Prague (2014), Makuhari (2015), Charlotte (2016), Shanghai (2017), and London (2018).

NOTE: Submission of Extended Abstarct is not madatory. It will be distributed to the participants during the conference but not included in the ICONE27 proceedings that is published after the conference. The number of pages should be one.

*  One of the authors of each contribution at least should register the conference (including the payment of registration fee) by the deadline; Mar. 1st, 2019. If the payment of the registration fee is not confirmed by the ICONE27 secretariat, the contribution is not included in the ICONE27 program.

   For one day registrants, please input an imaginal date on the registration site and revise it to the exact date using the my page window after the ICONE27 session schedule is released. The session schedule will be shown on the ICONE27 web on March 10th.

** Submission of revised paper by Feb 8 is requested for further review when the review result of the original draft paper is 'Draft Paper Accept (major revision)'.
